For over 15 years, I’ve been on a mission to empower individuals and teams to lead more meaningful and present lives, both personally and professionally.<\/p>

My journey as a psychologist, mindfulness trainer, meditation teacher and expert in coaching and NLP has given me the tools to spark real change. But it doesn’t stop there. With a rich background in Gestalt therapy<\/a> and a deep-rooted practice of Zen meditation, I offer a holistic approach that goes beyond surface-level solutions.<\/p>

My work is purely vocational and that is why I work as a freelance consultant and I love collaborating with other companies to offer my services and improve the quality of life of our clients, whether on an individual or group.<\/p>
