I began meditating when I was 19 years old and later deepened my practice through\u00a0<span class=\"s1\"><b>Zen meditation<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Over the last 12 years, I have also volunteered in a public hospital, bringing mindfulness-based techniques to people in challenging circumstances.
