I invite you to a one-on-one psychotherapy session with me—a safe space where you can pause, listen to yourself deeply, give words to what you’re experiencing, and begin to build the path toward the change you desire.
I work from a Gestalt approach, integrating Mindfulness, Non Violent Communication and active listening to help you reconnect with your present moment, your emotions, and your inner wisdom.
We can work on:
Work-related anxiety — Let’s reduce the stress that blocks you and keeps you from moving forward.
Insecurity and low self-esteem issues — We will explore insecurity in both social and professional settings. You are not your fears.
Constant self doubt — If your romantic relationship fills you with questions, we’ll understand what’s behind them and bring calm to your mind.
Difficulty concentrating — Breaking out of autopilot is possible. I’ll help you regain focus.
Anxiety around new situations — The unknown can be scary, yes, but you are stronger than you think.
Childhood trauma — What you lived matters, but it doesn’t have to define your present.
Lack of purpose or meaning — I draw on Zen teachings and Viktor Frankl’s work to support this process.
Stressful motherhood — I’ve been there, and I truly understand you. Mom guilt sucks.
