have been a Mindfulness teacher for more than 10 years, but my journey with this practice started much earlier. I began meditating when I was 19 years old and later deepened my practice through Zen meditation.

Over the last 12 years, I have also volunteered in a public hospital, bringing mindfulness-based techniques to people in challenging circumstances. These experiences shaped my approach as a Mindfulness teacher — grounded, compassionate, and highly practical.

Today, I love sharing these tools with others through individual 1:1 mindfulness sessions and group workshops.

My work as a Mindfulness Teacher ranges from supporting private clients who want to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives, to designing and delivering corporate trainings, webinars, and wellness programs for companies and universities.

Top companies like Google, Apple, and Coca-Cola have long embraced mindfulness, and many organizations in Barcelona are now offering wellness programs for their employees.

I help teams and leaders reduce stress, improve communication, and create healthier work environments through customized sessions and trainings.
